This week is the National Transplant Week 2010. There are lots of events and activities happening all over the country to raise awareness of the NHS Organ Donor Register
People are being encouraged not only to join the register, but also to have a Heart to Heart with their friends and family to tell them of their wishes about organ donation. You can download a guide to holding a Heart to Heart dinner from the Organ Donation website, which includes recipes, place cards, tips to help the conversation and some key facts about organ donation.
